  • Please inform us of any health conditions, medications, allergies, sensitivities, or pregnancy before we begin your dental care.
  • Please tell our dental team about any discomfort, concerns, or areas that need special attention before or during your appointment.
  • Please arrive a few minutes early if your appointment includes forms, imaging, consultation, replacement care, or a surgical service.
  • If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled so the next patient can be seen on time.
